The Normal-Range Trap
You got your bloodwork back, heard "everything looks normal," and felt exactly the same walking out of that appointment as you did walking in.
If you've spent years optimizing and something still isn't fully resolving, I'm walking you through the diagnostic layer your protocol was never built to measure. You'll leave knowing exactly what to look for in your own biology.
You've done the work. You've spent the money. If your protocol still isn't producing the result you know is possible, the gap is almost always one of these four.
You got your bloodwork back, heard "everything looks normal," and felt exactly the same walking out of that appointment as you did walking in.
You're managing a supplement stack that nobody has ever reviewed as a whole. Not your functional medicine doctor. Not your hormone clinic. Not your performance coach.
You've added a new protocol to address something a previous protocol was supposed to fix, and you're not confident the two are working together.
You've done the right things for years. Your labs reflect it. And something is still off in a way nobody has fully answered.
That's the structural problem. The biological picture you're making decisions from is missing specific things. When those pieces aren't in the picture, the protocol you're following might be addressing a downstream symptom while the actual driver sits untouched. You add more, you adjust, and the numbers keep reading "normal for your age."
That gap is almost always identifiable. This masterclass is about how to find yours.
Live masterclass May 26. Open Q&A May 28. Both included with registration.
Most longevity protocols operate at one of three levels. Almost everyone running a serious protocol thinks they're at level two. The session shows you which level your protocol is actually at, and what reaching the next one specifically requires.
Treats disease after symptoms show up. The standard of care most insurance covers.
Where most mainstream care happensFinds the dysfunction underneath the symptoms. Hormones, gut, inflammation, methylation.
Where most advanced functional medicine and biohacking stacks operateFinds what's aging in the biology underneath the dysfunction. Genetics, cellular function, biological ages, all evaluated together. This is the testing layer most protocols were never built to measure.
Most protocols never reach this layerThe gap almost always lives at tier three. The masterclass is how to find yours.
One masterclass. One live Q&A. Both with Dr. Gladden. Both included.
The 90-minute live masterclass walking through the diagnostic layer your protocol was never built to measure.
A separate live session two days later. Bring any question about your own biology. Dr. Gladden answers directly.
Both sessions and the recording are included when you register below.
At the peak of his career, Dr. Jeffrey Gladden was running a 10-office, 12-doctor cardiology group and had co-founded the Heart Hospital at Baylor Scott & White. By every measure that matters in traditional medicine, he had made it.
He was also waking up exhausted every single day.
Not tired in the way that a hard week makes you tired. This was something else. He'd fall asleep and wake up exactly as depleted as the night before, putting on weight he couldn't explain, watching his sharpness dull in ways he couldn't ignore. His father had died with dementia. That fear had lived in the back of his mind for years, and for the first time, he could feel himself moving toward it.
So he did what any doctor would do. He got his labs done.
Everything came back normal. His physician told him his results were fine, that he was just getting older, and suggested an antidepressant.

That was the moment. Right there, sitting across from a doctor who had just told him that what he was experiencing was simply aging, he understood something he hadn't been able to see from inside the system he'd spent his career building. Traditional medicine wasn't designed to find what was wrong with him. It was designed to confirm that nothing was diagnosably wrong yet.
He walked away from the cardiology group he founded. Spent two and a half years deconstructing his own biology the way he would have deconstructed a patient's, except with tools his former field didn't use and questions it didn't ask.
What he found wasn't aging. It was a DIO2 genetic defect his bloodwork had never flagged, meaning his brain wasn't converting inactive thyroid hormone to the active form it needed. Severe depletion in testosterone and DHEA. Methylation genetics that were quietly predisposing him to the neuroinflammation and cognitive decline he was already starting to feel.
Once he addressed what was actually wrong, he lost 20 pounds of fat and put on 10 pounds of muscle in six months. He returned to his college weight. The fog lifted.
He's 72 now. He mountain bikes, snowboards, and trains at levels that compete with people half his age. Not because he's exceptional. Because he found his baseline, measured exactly where he'd drifted from it, and closed the gap with precision instead of guesswork.
That's the framework he's bringing to this masterclass. The same one he used on himself, refined across 25 years of applying it to clients who had also been told their results were fine.
